Bart Kuipers (he/him) is an artist-researcher from The Netherlands working at the intersection of technology, language, and artificial intelligence. He uses code, machine learning, robotics, and augmented reality to examine how artistic meaning-making is shaped by digital practices. He is currently an artist in residence at the SETI Institute, where he investigates the possibilities of a new exosemiotic system combining material processes, computational inference, and poetic composition.
